WHAT HAPPENED?
City have been locked in battle with the English top-flight over at least 115 charges, though it has been reported the case may involve as many as 130. City Football Group, the company that owns the club, released its latest accounts which show the whopping £30.6m sum City spent on legal fees up to the end of the 2023-24 season – an increase of almost £11m spent the previous year.
